It's a really nice modern flat, gated entrance and underground parking. There is a communal garden area at the back of the apartment and a balcony to the front of the flat. The bathroom is shared between two people.

The current housemates are both professionals and enjoy relaxing or spending time visiting friends and family. It is a laid back and clean flat

The rooms are unfurnished, but the living room is fully furnished.

We organise the bills ourselves so some months we will have money left over (like in the summer when the heating isn’t used). This is usually divided up and sent back to each of us. 🙂
