(STILL AVAILABLE AS OF 29TH NOV.) I'm looking for a housemate in a 2 bedroom flat for a minimum 6 month contract starting 1st December. You're room is a large double bed room with en suite (there will be a double bed in your room on arrival - it's just not there at the minute), and separate bathroom with a bath if you need, situated on the very quiet, very green Whalley Road. There is a shared kitchen/lounge area, perfect for socialising. The building is called Afton Manor - it's a big, beautiful Victorian building with a huge outdoor area of back, and plenty of parking all the way around the building.
The flat is secure, with a coded lock, followed by a key lock , followed by the flat lock. There are security cameras all around the outside of the building.
The flat is on the ground floor, but because of the shape of the building, you get a nice view of the garden out back from quite high up. It's a very comfortable place to live - I've lived here for almost 3 years now and it's one of the nicest places I've lived. My housemate Lewys has left the flat to be closer to work.
The flat is in good condition - there is a maintenance man called Steve, a boiler and heating man called Gary and two gardeners who frequently trim the grass and the hedges. Anytime something breaks they'll come and sort it out promptly, e. g. lightbulb fittings, radiator leaks etc.

Washing machine, storage cupboard, 3 big sofas, gas hobs, gas oven, chest of drawers, wardrobe, electric shower, brand new boiler, loads of squirrels and foxes knocking about outside, almost no traffic noise, about 2 miles into town, less than 5 minutes walk to shops, launderette, cafes, pharmacy, cafes and takeaways.
