Looking for someone to take my room in this lovely Whalley Range/Chorlton house share. £300 pcm, bills not inc. House is close to bus stops/tram and local shops so easy to get about. easy to park outside the house if you have a car.

Room comes furnished, and has a nice fireplace feature to boot. We have a spare room and a basement if you need extra storage. This room faces the back of the house over the garden (it is a little wild looking!). We have a little decking area which is great in summer for outside eating. Neighbours are lovely and respectful. We have a large kitchen, comfy lounge and big old shower/bath. Great house but does have lots of stairs!

You get to live with 3 other lovely young professional housemates- Morgan, Rhian and Jono. These guys are great to live with, chilled, clean and fun! Looking for someone to move in with same vibe.
