Large Double Room in Two Bed Flat Whalley Range

There is a large double room available at the moment in a flat that i'm renting. It's a nice quiet place in a leafy part of Whalley Range and is surrounded by green space. The bus stop for the 86 bus into town is just around the corner and its about 10 mins walk to the tram. There are three rooms in total with me and one cat living here (cat is here temporarily)...the third room is a single/small double room which could be used as a spare room or studio of some kind so if you're into music, arts or other creative stuff; would be great for that; also a possibility of renting the room to a third person!
I work during the day and often out and about especially in the summer but when I'm here like to chill, listen to/play music and maybe watch random films/docs.. always up for hanging out, maybe with a beer or some good food; there are also a few bars just around the corner if that's your kind of vibe.
Photos are slightly old (will upload new ones soon! ) so it's not exactly as pictured but not far off either. Plenty of scope for painting/decorating the room/flat if you feel like it.

Rent and bills are around £460 at the moment. Short term lets are also welcome :) feel free to message with any questions.
