A family based neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk to Alexandra Park, the 85 bus route is within a 4 minutes walk (0.2 miles), the 101, 102, 103, 108 bus routes on Princess Road are within 10 minutes walk (0.6 miles), Chorlton shops, bars, restaurants, tram station are within 20 minutes walk.
The property offers off road parking plus garden on the rear.
I am looking for someone trustworthy and responsible, and with a good sense of cleanliness.
