Spacious single room available to rent with access to another single room we use for spare storage.

Our current housemate has decided to move out so she can live with her partner and so we have the room available from July.

The house is very spacious and has 4 bedrooms, a furnished kitchen a living room and 2 bathrooms.

Although in Whalley Range, the house is one street from Chorlton and is within walking distance to several tram stops.

We are very friendly housemates and keep a clean and tidy house. We want someone looking for a long term let with a minimum term of up to February 2022.
