Huge double room available to rent in a lovely house on a quite street.

2 professional housemates, 1 working from home 50% of time and 50% travelling abroad, and 1 who works in the city Mon - Fr. We're quite independent and busy with work and hobbies on the weekends which include hiking, climbing, yoga and movie nights.

The landlady is lovely and currently away travelling. The house is on a quite street on the Whalley Range/Chorlton border with on-street parking available.

There is a big living room and a second living room/dining room, super well-equipped kitchen, lovely garden and an extra toilet downstairs. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, 1 storage room and bathroom with bathtub and electric shower, gas central heating.

The room to rent is the biggest in the house with window towards the garden. The room comes furnished with a double bed, closets, shelves and a table and there is more storage space around the house. All bills included with a very fast broadband.

We're looking for someone tidy, considerate and friendly that we can get on well with, open to socialising but also respect each other's space. We're not a party house and get up early in the morning so like to keep the place quiet after 10pm.

Must like pets because I often dog sit for friends and have dogs around the house. Pets will be considered and the house has a cat flap installed, we'd just need to make sure we can all get on well :)
