Hartley Hall of Residence ensuite room fro swap

I like a lot the private accomodations where I'm living: it is cheap, en suite, has a nice living room and the kitchen is huge. There is a bus station right in front of the entrance that goes directly to UoM and Metropolitan University campuses, and city center in a 15 - 20 minute drive. The building has Victorian architecture, it is beautiful and has security, all of the girls in my floor are kind and funny. But after making friends at university, I want to move closer to where they all live. I am looking for someone to take my place in the
10 month contract I have, ending June 20, 2022. All bills included, parking lot for cars and bikes and washer and dryer for free. I'm looking to move asap, but we could make the agreement for us to swamp in January at the beginning of term 2. Please let me know if you have any questions :)
