Hi 👋 We're looking to replace our housemate who sadly (for us) is moving in with her partner.
We are on the Whalley Range/Chorlton border within walking/biking distance to several supermarkets (including Morrisons, Co-op, Aldi) and tram stops (St Werburgh's Rd, Chorlton), plus a bus stop (for ol' reliable, the 85) on the corner. We also have both Alexandra Park and Hough End nearby.
The house itself has 2 bathrooms, communal living room, porch, back garden, and a small bike shed.
We are a socially active house but we also all have our own things going on, within the house we enjoy a whole bunch of things, such as running, cinema, hiking, cooking, gardening, crochet/knitting, climbing 🧗♂️, activism, and film nights 🎥. We're all in full time employment in one form or another.
The deposit is £400 with a six month contract, going to a monthly rolling after that. Water is included otherwise bills are split between the house.
