Cosy Double Room in Creative Flatshare

I'm the landlord, and live in the flat with my dog Vince, so it's essential you're dog-friendly. He's a gentle but playful dog and he loves all people, so he'll be happy to have a new housemate too!

It would be ideal if you're looking for a place to stay in Manchester during the week for work, however I'm also open to short lets of a week or more as needed (the rate and deposit can be adjusted accordingly, the prices here are equivalent of if the flat was rented for a full month, so please enquire and I can give you rates). If you're looking for a full time place, then it would be on a 3 month trial basis to begin with.

The room has a double bed and nightstand, I'm open to discussing what else you might need for the room. There is a bathroom (shared with me) and separate toilet in the living space. Open plan living room and kitchen is also for us to share.

I work from home, so this isn't suitable for someone else that has to work from home at all, there just isn't space in the flat, and I do a lot of online calls and a weekly training so it would be too disruptive for 2 of us to be here working.

A few things to note:

The flat has just been redecorated, so I really would like to find someone that wants a nice place to stay, and will take care of the space. I'm very clean and tidy, and need someone to be on the same wavelength with that - because this is my work space, and because it's open plan, it can start to get messy really easily if things are left.

At the moment, because I just got the dog and he's a puppy, I am here most of the time and not going out (unless it's a dog friendly place), so I tend to have friends round here more so than going out, the new housemate is welcome to join of course, but usually this would be just 1 evening max during the week. Generally we're early to bed on week days, and would like someone on a similar wavelength with that too.
