a bit about me/what I’m looking for
-I live in whalley range
-i work in media
-I am queer (bi/non binary)
-I am vegan (mostly)
-I have a small cat called pickle

My interests include : yoga, movement, pole dance, drag, collage, sewing, bikes, nice walks, jigsaws, diy, films
I live with dyspraxia and general neurodivergence – I can be quite direct and prefer things to be explicitly communicated
I am looking for someone with similar social needs and a routine to me. This includes:
I work 9-5(ish), 4 days a week, hybrid. Our schedules might clash if you primarily work late
I am a morning person and love breakfast :)
I love having friends round, whether my friends or yours, but ideally not every night or super late

a bit about the house:
-I own the house and wish to share it intentionally with nice folks
-I have been living in and sharing this house since 2018
-There are three bedrooms (for three people)
-one bathroom (upstairs)
-We have a small yard
-There is free parking on the street
-We are 7 mins walk from the 85, 10 mins from the 86 and 15 mins from Chorton/St Werbs road met stop

A bit about the rooms:
-no deposit
-Its £375 pcm, payable on a day of your choosing
-includes all utilities, tv license, council tax, wifi, my dads netflix
first floor, on the front of the house
-contains: Double bed + mattress (protected and clean!) + wardrobe + bedside table + shelving
- one available from August , one from July!

this house might be for you if
-You have your own friends but like to be friends with your housemates as well
-you enjoy the odd night out, late night or bit of bad behaviour but generally want a calm home space
-You like living somewhat communally (open to sharing meals sometimes, splitting the cost of groceries and basics)
-you like a relatively tidy space
-you aspire to live sustainably ♻️
-you like cats, would enjoy living with one and wouldnt mind occasional cat care when i go away
-youd be up for mucking in on occasional house diy or interior design projects (thrifting, painting, hanging shelves)
-you work hybrid but not fully remote
-you are aged 25-35

This house is not for you if
-you regularly cook and eat meat
-you need a wfh setup in your bedroom
-you have a lot of furniture
-you have a cat yourself (pickle is a scaredy cat!)
you have a bike you would like to store inside (we have semi--covered bike storage outside)
-you want to smoke indoors
-you are a terf, a tory, or a homophobe (: 🏳️‍⚧️ 🏳️‍🌈
