🏡 This is a terraced house on a lovely quiet street in great location. There is parking on the street outside.

👥 I own the property and share with one other housemate and a cat. I work as a teacher and am also studying for a masters degree. We are friendly and enjoy some socialising but also enjoy our own space and quiet time too. Usually the week days are fairly quiet with some more activity over the weekend- a drink at one of the bars in the area. We keep the house clean and tidy.

🪟The room is south facing and looks onto the backyard and school/ park behind the property. There is a double bed, desk and chair, large set of drawers, bed side cabinet, and long length mirror. Tea/ coffee making facilities can be provided for shorter stays.

📍We're well situated- a 2-3 min walk to the bus stop or an 8 min walk to the tram stop. Lots of shops conveniently located a short distance away.
