My names Kristina I’m 26 and living with my friend Liv who is 25. We have a spare furnished double room in a duplex flat in Whalley Range. The room comes with a bed and fitted wardrobes.
Rent for the room is £515 (had to amend due to the security deposit as we have tiered the rooms due to different sizes), council tax band A so £45 a month, WiFi £9, gas and electric and roughly £50-£60.
We both work full time and each have a cat, they are both crazy but also super loving!
It’s a fairly relaxed household and we spend a few nights a week chilling together, but everyone is free to crack on with their own things.
