My lovely flat mate left the flat to live with his partner. His lease end on the 1st of an October but there is possibility to move earlier
The flat is:
- ground floor
- 2 double bedroom ( 1 available)
- large kitchen
- living room
- Bathroom
- 2 storage cupboards

About myself:
Age: 43 yrs
Gender: trans masculine

work: NHS admin
Hobbies: motorcycle, Art, swimming, leisure centre, Sci-Fi

The feel of the flat:
I work from home 1 or 2 days a week. I am fairly quite and sometime have friends around but it would be few and far in-between
The kitchen: I like cooking for myself and others. I tend not to cook meat at home but that just a preference. The kitchen if fully furnished
The living room: furnished, sofa bed, TV, 2 tropical fish tanks, really nice an cosy
The bathroom: Fairly small, has a bathroom with a showerhead and the toilet
Your room:
Unfurnished, carpeted, large window overviewing the car park which is quite green with trees and lawn, really quiet.
Private Parking: Space a the back of Kingsbrook Court and street parking.

You: I am looking for a professional, someone with a similar energy and age as mine, queer, respectful with great communication skills. As the flat is fairly small I am not looking for couple.

Price 500£ monthly rent, 1 month deposit, Council tax band C + Bills (about 150£ each)
The landlord requires 3 months of Payslips or if self employed 2years tax returns. Income around £18,000 with reference.
