Hello! My housemate (David) and I (Flora) are looking for someone to join us in a lovely house in the heart of Whalley Range! We are hoping to take it over from our mates who currently live there so would be signing a new contract with the landlord and you would be then subletting from us :)
We're both teachers and have lived together for 3 years. We like a communal and sociable house and enjoy doing things together! We love to go for a pint or cook meals together.
