I am moving out of a lovely 3-bed house in leafy Whalley Range. The room encompasses the entire top floor of the house and includes an office space below as well as an ensuite. There is a king-size bed and a sofa too.
You will be sharing with 2 girls in their mid-20s who are both professionals. There is a living room, kitchen with a dishwasher, downstairs bathroom and a garden.
I am moving out in October but my tenancy runs until the end of December, so you would be subletting from me. There would be the option to extend at the end of December as the landlords will be renting out the property again.
The house is near Alexandra Park which is great for walks and cycles and is served by the 85/85A bus routes into Chorlton and town. The 101/103 both stop on the other side of Alexandra Park, and there are tram stops also nearby. There are shops and bars in the local area.
The property is in a gated community and comes with 2 parking spaces on the drive. There are also plenty of parking spaces inside the community and on the street outside. The neighbours are great and the house has always felt very safe.
Council tax is Band D. Bills are not included and are typically around £130 a month incl. council tax, gas & electric, internet and water. Let me know if you're interested and we can arrange a viewing ASAP!
