A semi self contained two bedroom flat at the top of a family house is available to preferably female lodgers .The rent amounts £1200 per month including bills .
It would ideally suit two people wanting to share together as there are two large bedrooms a spacious landing and a kitchen / dining living area plus shower room with toilet and sink .

We are happy to provide basic furniture but will only buy furniture once we have agreed the let in case someone wishes to bring furniture
The property comprises a large living room with a recently refurbished kitchen with oven dishwasher and fridge , a refurbished bathroom with sink toilet and large walk in shower
There are two large bedrooms ( one very large ) and a large landing space .
The space is at the top of a family house and access is gained via the family house so we need someone who is thoughtful and considerate
At present we do not have anyone occupying flat and are looking for either two friends or one couple to fill the space.
We would like to rent the flat as one unit
The space is self contained so the only common area is the stair way accessing the flat
It is not suitable for a dog but we would consider an unfussy cat
