Coach house at No31

The beautiful coach house of No31, perfect for a couple or someone living alone, it has a roll top bath in the living room and design led interiors. It’s a completely detached, perfectly formed little house with its own parking and entrance. I’d be looking to take two months rent and then roll it on month by month. It’s cleaned once every fortnight and the main house is a wellness centre with these offerings.

It’s just a mile walk into Chorlton, there are buses right outside that take you directly into town or to Chorlton.

Bills are an additional £200 including internet and a cleaner. I will waive this for the right tenant with good references and the ability to pay up front.

It’s on the grounds of No31 a wellness retreat centre and family home, views of the church gardens; there are also amenities at No31 such as a massage therapist, reiki and breathwork sessions can be booked.

It’s a stones throw away from the beautiful Alexandra park and is a 20min walk from Chorlton

Minimum 2 month let, with a view to roll month by month after that.

Energy is really important to me and I will bend over backwards for a lovely tenant. Wishing you all a fab day.
