One is a bedroom, the other is a workroom/office etc. Although smaller than a double room, they both fit a double bed in - bed not included unfortunately.
Shared bathroom/toilet, and downstairs toilet.
Two downstairs communal rooms and communal kitchen and utility room. Kitchen is a nice size with the usual things in it - washing machine etc
Great garden, garage space for bikes.
Current housemates are peaceful and respectful.
This is not a party house, it's a really nice home.
It's really important you can pay the bills, so working professionals preferred.
Non-smoking inside.
