Double bedroom in Whalley range available 1stMarch

We are 3 professionals who work mon - friday so our weekends are usually filled with socialising. During the week we tend to gather in the evenings to watch a TV show/movie on most days (however there is no pressure if you need your own space).
We try to be as tidy as possible to be respectful of communal areas and split the general household work.

The house is bright, spacious and fully furnished with a large living area, well equipped kitchen and cosy outdoor space. Parking on the drive is also available.
