Female house mate wanted (Whalley Range)

Hello! We are looking for a female housemate to replace our current house mate Caitlin who is selfishly going to New Zealand and leaving us all behind!

The room is available from 01/01/25 and is a downstairs bedroom with a double bed and big windows (partly furnished). Our house is a large semi detached property in Whalley range, near to lovely bars including the Carlton club, Nip and tipple and the Hilary step.

A bit about us!
We’re Hannah (27), Joe (27) and Rhys (25) all working full time. We are all great friends and are looking for someone who would fit in to our wee group and ideally wants to live here long term. We all hang out regularly but have our own friends and interests outside of the house. We’re very communal, everyone regularly cooks together, shares food, household items, clothes etc.

We’re a very social house who all love going out for drinks, cooking, attending gigs and we regularly watch tv / movies together. We also have two lovely cats (Loki and Wolfi) who live with us, so unfortunately we cannot accept anyone who has pets, as we already feel slightly outnumbered by them.
