Single room in a shared apartment in Whallley Rang

We are looking for a professional, who works day time Monday to Friday, to share our beautiful apartment in Whalleyrange. We’ve got a single bed bedroom in the refurbished cellar with a great bathroom with toilet next to it and a large bedroom. In the ground floor there is another bedroom, toilet with a shower, a little kitchen, large living room, back room and garden. The rent of the bedroom in this shared apartment is £450 per calendar month - all bills included.

We are two professionals living in the flat and my cat. We’re quite, tidy and respectful, and we’re looking for someone on the same vibe.
