Double Room In Spacious Sociable House ٩(˘◡˘)۶

Hello!

We are currently a house of four. One of our housemates is moving out so we are looking for a new housemate! The move in date is 01.04.

We are an easy going, social lot. We are all quite busy / have our own thing going on and also love to hang out together when we can and go to gigs, cinema, wild swimming, read in the park etc.

We live in a big Victorian house with a large kitchen, dining room and living room, plus toilet, bathroom, and a garden. Your room would be a double on the second floor. It only comes with a bed so you might want to bring other furnishings. The rest of the house is furnished.

Bills aren't included in the cost and we think they cost around £100/month- council tax, internet, water, electricity, gas- but this is a guess and it varies in the summer/winter. They might be a bit more now. The agency fee to get on the contract is £50.

We all cycle and have our bikes in the house - you'd be welcome to bring yours. If you drive there is no off-street parking but one of us has a car and always finds a spot on the street.

We believe in socialism and equality so we would like to share the house with a like minded person + similar age. Please tell us a bit about yourself if you message us. We are looking to find the right housemate / someone who will become a friend so we will not consider impersonal messages :)
