Double room in friendly Whalley Range house share

We have a double room available in a friendly house share in Whalley Range. The room is nice and light overlooking our small garden.

About the house:

You’d be sharing the house with me (Jenny) and one other person (Joe). It’s a chill relaxed peaceful vibe - we hang out and eat some dinners together, but are also respectful of alone time.

The house has a kitchen / living room / dining area, 2 bathrooms and a small south facing garden. You’d also get the benefit of a spare room which we use as a work space, for yoga and as a spare room when we have visitors. There’s on-street parking if you have a car.

About the area:

The house is on a leafy street in Whalley Range. It’s close to Alexandra park, the Carlton club and buses into the city centre. It’s also about 15/ 20 mins walk into Chorlton and the met stop.

Rent and bills:

Rent is £450 and bills come to about £140 per month
