Lovely house share in Whalley Range/Old Trafford

A room available in a house Old Trafford/ Whalley range, about 5/10 mins walk away from shops, restaurants and bars. We are a 10 minute walk from Firswood tram stop and a short walk from multiple bus routes. The house is a three bed with a garden that catches the sun🪴 🌞sharing with Martha (28) and Jake (23).

The room is £570 rent plus approx £110 - 130 bills. I’m looking to move out around the 14th April so I’d like to get someone in asap, but I can be flexible with the move in date if more time is needed - so please get in contact if you’re interested ☺️ initially 4 months but with the option of extending.

The room itself was unfurnished, but there is a big built in wardrobe with plenty of additional storage space. A chest of drawers that can stay and a bed/mattress I bought when moving into the house - that I’m happy to discuss about leaving.
