Double Room in Lovely Chorlton Flat

Hello there,

One of my current flatmates is moving away on fairly short notice, so me and my flatmate are currently looking for anyone to fill the double room on Upper Chorlton Road. The flat is available from 16th October.

The flat has great transport links to the city centre, with a bus stop right outside and a 10/15 minute walk to the Firswood tram stop, and is located behind a security gate and an inner door. It is in council tax band C.

You'll be sharing the flat with myself (Adam), a music graduate and current retail worker at LEGO, and Robbie, a fellow music graduate and teacher. We're both very amicable people and very easy-going and are more than happy to live with a student or a non-student. I myself have lived in the flat for over a year and a half now and know the area fairly well. There's a few lovely local pubs nearby, and all the facilities you could want:)

Rent is £460 not including bills, and the room comes furnished and has a clothes closet in the wall. The room sadly doesn't have underbed storage, and as such would be ideal for someone without the need of too much storage space.
