Lovely flat for sublet (bills included)

I’m looking for someone to sublet my lovely Manchester flat from 1st April for one month – with opportunity to extend if you like it !

Due to work commitments in London I need to find an immediate tenant and would love to find someone reliable to enjoy the space while I’m away.

The flat is fully furnished and well looked after – it’s my home, so while my belongings will still be there, I’ll ensure everything is clean, tidy, and ready for you to move in. Because I won’t be able to clear it out completely due to the quick move. If it becomes more long term we can sort out me moving things out if things work out,

Some added extras: I have an amazing adjustable desk so you can work standing or seated. My washer also doubles as a drier, which is super handy. The whole house i electricity so no gas bill, just water and electricity.

The flat is really beautiful and in an amazing area. Alexandra Park is just five minutes walk away and the area has so many beautiful trees and foliage. Quiet and only 20 minutes by bus to the city centre., 15 minute bike ride or 40 minutes walk. Whalley Range is the best!

All bills included it's £990 to be paid on 30th March and final day of each month, plus £800 deposit to secure the flat. (I've dropped the price because I am keen to fill it quickly as I am currently working in London)

There is on site parking and a bike shed too. There is a designated maintenance man who comes out next day if any problems come up.
