I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. I believe the letting agent would ask for a six month contract minimum. 12 months is possible too. . I have never fully lived in the flat, it’s a second property that I got to use for work purposes to cut down on my commute I have to move out due to a change in my work circumstances.
