Large double bedroom available in a 3 bed terrace house. Situated in Whalley Range, 3 minutes walk from the 86 bus, restraunts, and pubs, 10 minutes walk from the tram, and 10 minutes walk from Chorlton center. Current occupants are 2 lovely females. They're looking for another lovely person to join the house, who is hopefully clean, tidy and respectful. One of them will be moving to Blackpool in October and a little bit of work needs to be done in her room before her replacement moves in. So for some time, there will be two people in the house and bills will be split between two.
