Short Term Let in Whalley Range 21-26 September

Looking to rent my room as a SHORT TERM LET 21 - 26th September on Abbotside Close in Whalley Range for £30 per day with all bills included.

2 bed end of terrace house on a quiet Cul De Sac just off Upper Chorlton Road in Whalley Range.

I’ve lived here for 4 years and love the area – its close to multiple great parks, is next door to Chorlton but also you can be in the City Centre in 15 minutes either by cycling or by the 86 bus.

Your room is furnished with a king sized bed, wardrobes, shelves, chest of drawers and bedside table.

There is one other housemate who is lovely and will be staying there whilst I'm away. He is a queer, friendly, kind 32yr old male.

Shared living room, bathroom (shower over bath) and kitchen. A decent amount of cupboard and freezer space is available as well as pots/pans/cutlery plates to share.

My stuff will still be in the house but I don't have much stuff and will leave tidy and clean.

Furniture is different to the photos, these pics are from a few years ago when the previous owners lived here. Beds are larger in both rooms, sofa is blue and facing the other direction. Most things are similar though.

There is a lovely cat, Bernard, in the house.
