Hello we’re looking for a new house mate, as our lovely house mate Rhys is moving out… we’re not 100% on a move in date currently, but should be available for end of September double room

Our house is a large semi detached property in Whalley range near a few lovely bars; the Carlton club, nip and tipple and Hillary step. It’s also a 2 min walk from the bus stop a 10 minute walk to firswood tram stop and takes about 20/30 minutes to get into town.

Were Hannah, Joe and Grace, all working full time. We’re all great friends and also like to do our thing aswell. We’re looking for someone who’d ideally be looking to live long term.
We’re a social bunch too and enjoy cooking and going out together whether that’s for a pint, cinema or a walk!
