There is a shared open living room & dining room with piano, large kitchen, and a shared bathroom with tub also laundry room with washing machine on the top floor, and sunny garden with lawn.

Furniture in the room can stay or go, whatever you need. It's roomy at 4.5m by 3.8m

On-street parking available in a friendly suburban area. The Carlton Club and The Hilary Step are round the corner, with all the amenities of Chorlton a 10 minute walk away.

We're a couple, working as a teacher and in the public sector.

We love music and gigs, films, good food, animals and have a roomy, tidy house, which we're looking to share with someone considerate and friendly.

You can expect to have privacy, and also have some company around the house if you want.
