Room in Whalley Range 15 mins by bus to University. Large garden so very peaceful and quiet.. At present I have someone from Moldova and someone from London. You can use all rooms, and kitchen of course. 15 mins to Chorlton shops and social life. Alexandra Park is very close. This was the most expensive area in the Victorian era with mill owners living here. You can still see their enormous houses.
The room is quite small but the present occupant happy. The rent is not high.
