I am selling my house, however I am moving away in 7 weeks. I am looking to rent my spare room until I sell. This will be 4/5 months max hopefully. It's available immediately until end of July/August. I am moving mid May. From then you'd have the whole house to yourself.
My house is a 3 bed terrace, it's a really friendly street, quiet area, which is quite central.
I am vegetarian so I'd prefer no meat or fish in the house.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws. There's a kitchen with plenty of space, bathroom with a shower /bath, a lounge and I have a small room which you could use as an office if needed/working from home. I work Mon-Fri 9-5 in the NHS, in a child and adolescent mental health team so I'm out in the day. I'm social and enjoy chatting but I am also out a lot in the evenings. I'm tidy and clean. Any questions feel free to ask.
