Double Room in Whalley Range (unfurnished)

We are looking for a new housemate to move into our lovely, semi detached house in Whalley Range from 1st November. We live in a nice housing area made up largely of families. We're close to Alexandra park, with Chorlton not far. The city centre is a 15 minute bike ride away.

The House is nice and spacious with a large living room, and dining/kitchen area, a basement and a decent sized back garden. We have 2 shared bathrooms.

As a house, we're all friendly, respectful and considerate and get along very well. We all have our own interests, such as sport and art. We like to hang out chatting, occasionally having a bbq or going for a drink together, whilst all enjoying our own space as well.

Bills are paid at the start of each month and roughly come up to £100 (including council tax, gas and electric, water and wifi) We prepay our energy bills so we pay our bills for the month ahead rather than at the end of the month.
