Large double room available in Whalley Range

Hello!

I'm sadly moving out and need someone to take over my tenancy.

The room itself is huge. Photo of the bedroom is from the previous flatmate as I haven't had a chance to take one, but it comes unfurnished anyway. The rest of the house is furnished so you'll just need to bring things for the bedroom.

The current lease ends on 4 July so that would be how long you're signing on for, with the option to renew afterwards.

The current tenants, Fin and Amie, have honestly been the best to live with. Everyone is friendly and sociable but also keeps to themselves a fair amount so looking for someone with a similar vibe – it's not a party house.

The living room has sofas/a TV and there are also two spare rooms if you have any guests over or need some storage space.

Pets are welcome, I have two cats here at the moment (they'll be leaving with me).

I'll be leaving mid-December but the move in date is pretty flexible after that.
