Hi everyone!

I was originally due to move in with a friend who had to drop out due to personal reasons so I've just had a spare room going that I'm hoping to rent out. It's a single room and the main bathroom is all yours, shared living room/kitchen space. More details below, pop me a message if you're interested or have any questions

Details of property:
- Spare room only lets you choose Furnished/Unfurnished but property is part furnished (Bed, Wardrobe, Sofa, Washing machine, Fridge, etc included.)
- Free unallocated parking (around the front and back of property)
- Shared living room & Kitchen (my room has an en-suite so the main bathroom is all yours)
- Sadly no pets :(
- LGBTQ+ Friendly

Details of myself
- Young professional working in Manchester
- I work 4 on 4 off shift patterns so there may be days you won't see much of me since I'll be in the office for 12 hours or i'll be working from home on night shift (I don't mind the noise, can sleep through basically anything)
- Don't play as much as I used to but love to play my guitar but happy to wear headphones if you don't like the noise
