Room available in cute 2 bed flat

hey hey, I’m Be and I’m looking for a new housemate for my cute 2 bed apartment on Upper Chorlton Road, Old Trafford. Rent is £625 a month with bills coming to around £175 in winter.

About the flat:
The room is a very spacious double room with a massive bay window. A double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk are all included, but can be taken away if required.

The flat is super very spacious with a brand new bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and double dishwasher. The living room is open plan with huge windows, making it a super warm and bright space.

there is a communal rooftop space which is so beautiful for sunsets and a wine in summer. Everyone in the building is so lovely and have made this space a bit of a back yard vibe with flowers and couches.

the landlord is super chill and nice and has been accommodating with everything so far.

About me:
I am 25, Aussie, works at the Uni of Manchester and am into music and playing cards at the pub.

I have lived in Manchester for the past year and a half and am always up for something fun to do on the weekend. I love a good tv series or movie after work and am always planning the next trip through Europe.
