I am looking for a lodger to move into my home in Whalley Range from mid Feb, just down the road from Carlton Club and a 15 min walk into Chorlton.
It is a 4 bedroom house with big, bright bedrooms, a lovely living room, dining room, big kitchen (with all major appliances) and a garden. One of the rooms has beautiful big windows overlooking the street and the other is the attic bedroom. The rooms are both a great size, and if you have lots of belongings there is are also lots of extra space of storage around the house, including a cellar.
You will be living with me and my housemate who is a nurse. We are looking for people who are friendly, respectful and clean and looking for a chilled, friendly house share. Someone who is up for contributing to housework and wants to live in a tidy home would be ideal.
All bills are included in this price, including Wifi.
