Large room in lovely house with garden in leafy WR

Hi! I’ve got a large room to rent in my home. It’s a detached four bedroomed house, with lots of old features and a couple of working fireplaces. The huge garden at the back is perfect for lazing around on warmer days and watching squirrels, robins and other creatures. The house is kept clean and tidy. Street parking just outside the house. Shops are a 5 minute walk away. Public transport: Firswood tram stop is just over 15 mins walk away and the 86 bus stop is about 5 minutes walk. The area is super leafy and quiet and there’s a nice park about 10 mins walk away. It’s a 5 min drive into Chorlton.
You’d be living with me (and my partner at weekends): I’m an English teacher and love all things arty and creative. I’m half French and have two black cats who are super friendly too! I’m a fairly chilled and quiet person as well as interested in people and friendly. I also like going out to the cinema, theatre, gigs etc so do that fairly regularly. I go away at weekends occasionally and travel during my holidays too, for a few days or a week here or there. The house would suit someone who likes green spaces and quiet but also likes to have quick access to town and Chorlton (the centre is a 10 mins drive / 15min cycle).
