Bright Double Room, 10min walk from Chorlton

Bright double room available unfurnished in Whalley Range, only a 10 minute walk from Chorlton.

The house has a shared lounge, dining room/workspace, kitchen, downstairs loo and main bathroom. There’s a smaller spare bedroom with a sofa bed for any guests that we use to dry washing. There is also a small patio and on street parking.

Current housemate are myself (Stef) who works in comms and Jon who works in sales. We’re friends who met in Manchester and now live together so would love a new housemate who we can also hang out with. We love listening to music, cooking, watching films/tv (Jon loves horror and I’m a Sex and the City gal but we’ll watch anything) and going to a pub garden on sunny days! We have a mix of doing our own thing on evenings/weekends and doing things together but we also try to plan a big shop and take turns cooking evening meals. We both do hybrid so will have few days working from home each.

Looking for someone who is friendly, easy going, tidy and we could hopefully become friends with. Bonus if you enjoy cooking and would be up for sharing cooking duty!

The area has a fab mini market at the top of the street, is close to the Hilary Step and Nip and Tipple but also only a short walk to Chorlton centre.
