Room in a creative houseshare available asap

Hello,

My room is available on the top floor of our whalley range house share. It's a cute small double with a view over the garden and other houses, it's quiet as it's at the top of the house.

Unfortunately the girl who was due to move in pulled out a few days before moving in so now I really need someone to move in to cover the rent. Essentially I'd be looking at meeting someone for a cup of tea over the next few days and then taking on the contract next week (7th September, or closest to that possible). The room is empty now n ready!

Some details about the house below:

The house is home to three girls and two cats! Its a really relaxed houseshare, with a little yard in the back, Grace, Jess and Roisin all work jobs so the house is pretty cosy and quiet most of the time.

The bills come to £80 per month currently.

The contracts are managed with the estate agent Leaders, they'll go through standard estate agent referencing stuff so you'll have to be OK to pass that.

The room is unfurnished but I've left the wardrobe as the girl that was going to move in wanted it, let me know if you do or don't.
