Double room in Whalley Range

Double room available in Whalley Range to move in early October (dates tbc).

The house is a 3 bed terraced house shared with just me which means we have plenty of space. There is a spare room which could be converted into a home office, creative studio or just another living space.

The bedroom is shown on the pictures. Tbc what furniture will remain but definitely a bed and bookcase, and potentially the clothes rail and others too.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly and sociable, as well as tidy and respectful. Ideally, I’d like the house to feel like a home and not just a house share so I’m always up for a film night, food and drinks, and socialising as well as respecting each others privacy and quiet time.

I’ve lived in this house for around 4 years now, the neighbours are lovely and it’s a great area. It’s walking distance from Chorlton as well as Firswood tram stop.

Pets are very welcome! Currently 2 cats living here but they will be moving out with my housemate.
