Double room in comfy flat in quiet, leafy area

Room with view of trees. Partly furnished: bed (not bedding), comfy chair, huge cupboard/wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table.
Will be freshly painted white before you arrive!

Shared kitchen, bathroom (bath and shower) and living room.

I'm often out or away, so you'd have the whole flat to yourself sometimes (eg 10 - 14 days a month, approx). However, my son (21) lives with me during university holidays, so there would be 3 of us altogether then.
And 4 of us sometimes, when my (female) partner comes to stay (eg 7 nights throughout a month, approx).

Manchester city centre only 20 mins by bus (86 bus. 3 mins walk to bus stop.)
Metrolink: 13 mins walk to Firswood, then 15 mins on tram.
Both very frequent.

Bar/ cafe 10 mins walk, or 20 mins walk to Chorlton with all the cafes, bars, supermarkets and shops.
Tesco Express and Co-op 10 mins walk away.
Alexander Park and cafe is 20 mins walk away. Seymour park 10 mins walk.
