Lovely furnished room in professional, friendly household. Single bed, chest of drawers with dressing table mirror, canvas wardrobe and hangers, table and chair, armchair, piano and piano stool!

We are looking for a professional female or mature student who will enjoy this large room, the fully equipped shared kitchen and the recently refurbished bath-room.

It is a peaceful household. We all lead busy professional lives and respect each other's privacy while enjoying having friendly chats from time to time.

We have excellent broadband internet access.

The house is in a tree-lined road and in a conservation area. At one end of the road there are a couple of popular Bars.

There is good public transport and it is very convenient for getting into the city centre. The 86 bus route is very near, and takes just 15 minutes to the city centre, 10 minutes to the University. The buses are very frequent.

There are shops nearby including gocery stores, pharmacies, a Post Office, Tesco Express and a Co-operative supermarket.
