Female Bedsit to rent

Hi,

I have a bedsit available for renting. It is cosy. There is also access to communal bathroom and kitchen. It is fully furnished.

So far the bills are approx £8each pp per week for water, electric and heating depending on usage as it changes depending on who i share with.

I am looking to share with a female who is neat and tidy. I am a quite and friendly person.
