Double room in sunny Whalley Range home

Our house is lovely.

Massive eat in kitchen with double doors onto super cute garden terrace.

Lounge with open fire and big squishy sofa and a projector.

A second reception we use for bikes and office space.

The bedroom we want to rent is a decent sized double with two wardrobes and lovely light.

We are looking for a respectful fun and semi tidy housemate willing to muck in and get involved in the occasional group meal.

We like a good drink and a dance at the weekend.

Age wise we'd probably prefer someone 30+ but it's not a definite.

were both rollie smokers so if that bothers you, then it might not be the place for you!

we also have a cat called Timmy Chicken who looks like an arctic fox so you have to like cats too.
