Hello there, I live in a rather lovely and spacious flat located in the heart of Whalley Range and there is another great room available. It comes complete with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The rest of the flat is just as awesome with a big, modern bathroom, a large hallway and an excellent kitchen and living area. There is also secure parking available if you have a car.

The flat is located right by Alexandra Park so there’s plenty of greenery to be seen. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the front door where the 85 runs frequently into the city centre and back towards Chorlton. If you don’t want to get the bus the walk into town takes about 40 to 50 minutes. There is a Co-Op, green grocers and a handful of newsagents/general stores and chemists a 10 minute walk away. There is also a doctor’s surgery just around the corner too.
The bright lights of Chorlton are within walking distance where you can find some great bars, pubs, Morrisons and the new-ish Metrolink station.

The rent is £292. 50 a month (excluding bills - Currently around £100 a month, including Council Tax, gas, electricity, unlimited broadband, TV licence and a landline) and the deposit is only £100!
