Friendly professional housemate - Near Chorlton

Very close to Chorlton!! 4 bed terraced house with a driveway and garden. There is always a parking space available on the road however so when the drive is full, parking isn't an issue. We have a big living room with a tv, a garden and wireless Internet.

We are all female young professionals and want someone who is social but who doesn't mind living with busy housemates! We all sit in the living room and watch tv together when we are all in.
We like going for a drink every now and again :-) and are all laid back and friendly....

The bedroom available is on the third floor with two other bedrooms with another one on the ground floor.
