Large double room in lovely house in Whalley Range

Two of our current housemates are off to pastures new, so we're after two people to fill their shoes.

Firstly the rooms. Both are spacious doubles kitted out with beds, wardrobes, drawers and bedside table.

The first room looks out of the front of the house through a beautiful bay window with original stained glass features, and also comes with a big wooden desk. It's really very nice.

The second room is up on the 2nd floor, looking out over the rear garden. It's also really rather nice.

The whole house was redecorated prior to us moving in twelve months ago, a fresh lick of paint complementing the old timber floors a treat. There's a kitchen (complete with dishwasher), two bathrooms, a cosy living room and a spacious dining room which opens out onto timber decking. The garden and decking are perfect for those summer days when we can take advantage of a break in the rain with a boozy barbecue!

And a little about us:

Lauren is a 29 y/o children's book illustrator who enjoys drinking wine, riding her bike and looking at animals.

Chris is a 25 y/o architectural technologist who likes cycling, sport and watching films and history documentaries.

Sushi is 10 y/o, unemployed and enjoys chasing mice and eating rabbit chunks in gravy.

The most important thing to know though is that we're all really nice and friendly.

Just a few more bits; the house is around 15 mins walk from Chorlton and 5 mins from the shops in Whalley Range. Bills are around £90 on top of the rent (this includes everything: broadband, council tax, the whole shabang).
